WHAT TO EXPECT.

What to bring to a lesson or clinic
We recommend players wear cleats, bring their glove, water and a face mask, if they prefer. We provide the softballs.

Catcher
A pitcher will be more successful if they have a catcher to practice with. We request a player throws to a parent, relative, or even sibling. If a catcher is not available, please let us know.

A catcher is required for each pitcher in a Group Lesson or Large Group Clinic.

Skill levels

  • Beginner: A player can safely catch a softball and throw overhand. Has not tried pitching yet.

  • Intermediate: Has played softball for at least a season, has tried pitching or attended a clinic.

  • Experienced: Has pitched for two or more seasons, pitched in games, or has some control at the plate.
